West Ham
with new manager
Alan Curbishley is the new manager for
West Ham, replacing Pardew, who was sacked on Monday.
Curbishley claims he knew nothing about the job until Monday
morning - and after deep thoughts he agreed. He used to be
Charlton's boss until last season, when he stepped down and
became free agent. Mervyn Day has also been appointed as
Curbishley's assistant at Upton Park.
