FIFA president Sepp Blatter said he
will not allow any stopping of the games as long as he is
the most powerful person in the world soccer. He said that
the instant goal-line technology could be implemented as
soon as in an year, but he would not leave the controversial
decisions being decided by video replay.
Some think it would ease the burden on
the referees, especially when it comes to high profile
games, but Blatter will not even consider it, despite the
heavy lobbying by the Premier League.
