8/1GOALIE TO THE RELEGATION RESCUE?

WILLIAM HILL are offering 8/1 that one or more of the goalkeepers playing for the four relegation threatened Premiership sides- Hull, Middlesbro, Newcastle, or Sunderland -this Sunday will score a goal as their clubs try to avoid the drop. 'With relegation-threatened clubs likely to be desperate for late goals, it is quite possible that keepers will be sent into opposition boxes in an effort to ensure Premiership survival.' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Each club's keeper is 33/1 to score individually.
Hills have also opened a book on which of the four clubs will score the fastest goal on the day, and make Newcastle 9/4 favourites, with Boro and Hull both 5/2; Sunderland 3/1; 33/1 none of the four to score. And Hills are also betting on which of the four will score the last - and go 2/1 Newcastle; 9/4 Hull; 3/1 Boro; 10/3 Sunderland; 33/1 none of the four to score.

MANCHESTER CITY 5/6 TO FINISH IN TOP SIX

WITH MANCHESTER CITY predicting that they are aiming at a top six place in the Premiership next season, William Hill offer 5/6 that they will achieve that aim, and 5/6 that they will not.

And with City reportedly confirming that Mark Hughes will remain as their boss next season, William Hill are offering odds of 4/6 that he will have left the job before kick-off on the final day of NEXT season, and 11/10 that he will still be in control then. 'Mark Hughes seems to have a tremendous opportunity to utilise the resources now behind City in order to launch a serious bid to gatecrash the Big Four next season - it is likely that his long-term future is directly related to his success in achieving, or at least going close to achieving, that objective.' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills have also opened a book on where City - 33/1 fifth favourites for the title next season - will finish at the end of the forthcoming campaign:

Where Will Man City Finish Next Season?
1-4 5/1; 5-6 13/8; 7-8 9/4; 9-10 11/2; 11-14 10/1; 15-17 33/1; Relegated 80/1 (Top 6 - 5/6 yes; 5/6 no) UNITED BACKED ALREADY - FOR NEXT SEASON

WILLIAM HILL have cut Manchester United's Premiership title odds for next season from 6/4 to 11/8 favourites after early support for them, prompted by Sir Alex Ferguson's announcement that he has no plans to quit as boss. 'Sir Alex's confirmation that he is going nowhere saw a flurry of bets for United to win the title again next season' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills make Chelsea and Liverpool 11/4 joint second favourites, and also offer; Arsenal 7/1; Man City 33/1; Tottenham 66/1 ; Aston Villa 100/1; Everton 200/1; West Ham 400/1; Fulham 1000/1; Wigan 1500/1; Blackburn 1500/1; Wolves 1500/1; Bolton 2000/1; Portsmouth2000/1; Stoke 2000/1; Birmingham 2500/1. (Others included once relegation issues decided).
WILL ANYONE GATE-CRASH BIG FOUR NEXT SEASON?
WILLIAM HILL OFFER 4/6 THAT THE BIG FOUR WILL FINISH IN THE TOP FOUR NEXT SEASON - AND 11/10 THAT ANY OTHER SIDE WILL FINISH IN THE TOP FOUR.
Hills are also betting on how long United's unbroken run of titles - currently standing at three - will reach.
Hills offer 8/15 that the run will end at three (ie they won't win it again next season); 11/4 that they will extend the sequence to four before it ends; 8/1 that it reaches five before finishing; 18/1 six; 33/1 seven; 40/1 eight or more.
'Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal will be amongst those desperate to end United's domination but Fergie and co won't give it up easily' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
