Arsenal take-over will not be
allowed
Peter Hill-Wood, the Arsenal chairman, had
a strong words against the US billionaire Stan Kroenke and his rumored
take-over of Arsenal. He claims that him and three of the major
shareholders in Arsenal have no interest in selling the club to anyone,
none the less to a stranger from across the Atlantic. This could kill
the long time rumours that Kroenke is looking forward to a take-over of
the Gunners, after purchasing over 10% of its shares. According to
Hill-Wood, the major shareholders are wealthy enough not to consider the
sale of the club's shares.
