Mascherano transfer looked into by FA

The allegations of financial improprieties in the Javier Mascherano transfer to West Ham will be investigated by the Football Association. The claim is based on £339,000 in unclaimed payments related to the deal, which were not disclosed to FA as required. The Hammers have denied the charges brought forth, and are actively helping the FA in their investigation. They have also submitted an appeal to the Premier League. Mascherano is joining Liverpool, after given dispensation to do so.
