Beckham
stays till the end
After rumors have been going around
that David Beckham may leave Real early, Predrag Mijatovic
publicly stated that Beckham will stay till the end of his
contract. Mijatovic, who is Real Madrid's sporting director,
announced that there are no plans for early release of the
striker to Los Angeles, and that he will have to stay with
the club until his contract expires in six months. Even
though Fabio Capello said he will not let Beckham play in
any game, the sporting director was firm that he will stay
with the club, and that the rest is up to the coach - he can
choose to let him play or not. David Beckham has only played
five games under the coaching of Capello this season.
