Montenella
signs with Fulham
The Italian player Montenella signed a
six month loan contract with Fulham. The striker, who was
playing for Roma says he grew tired of the lack of
advancement with the Italian team, and that's why he was
looking for a better club. Chris Coleman, the manager of
Fulham, believes that Montenella has what it takes to make a
great edition to the English team. He also admits that he is
aware of the problems Italian players are having adopting to
the Premiership, but he doesn't think this will be the case
with Montenella.
At the same time Coleman also confirmed that an unmentioned
club from the Premiership has expressed interest in Collin
John, and he has agreed for the transfer. The name of the
club has not been disclosed yet.
